Tina Hanlon-Nathaniel
Tina is a native of Canton, MA, and journeyed to Cambridge, where she has been the controller for MOTU, Inc., a music software company, since 1990.
A Jew by choice, Tina became energized by Jewish education with her family by placing her daughter in a Jewish Preschool. Soon to follow was a pivotal moment in Tina’s life when she and her daughter participated together in the ritual immersion of a mikvah. Realizing that community and family are the corner stones of a meaningful Jewish experience, Tina continued the Jewish education of her children by placing them both at The Rashi Day School and now Gann Academy.
Having served as Yachad/PTO president at The Rashi School for two years, Tina continues to volunteer for the school. Tina is also an avid quilter, most if her quilts having been donated to charities.
Having a strong love of music, Tina recently produced SING OUT: a Kabballat Shabbat CD with Jon Nelson & Yom Hadash.
Tina met Josh at The Rashi School as chair of the family education committee in 2005 and have been working together on social justice ever since.
