Richard and his affiliates own numerous properties in several states including Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. Richard is a CPM, Certified Property Manager, and has over 30 years of experience in property management, leasing and construction. Richard serves on the Governing Board of The Jewish Community Center of Greater Boston along with Chairing the Strategic Center for Excellence in Jewish Camping for the JCCGB.
